Out-Of-Pocket Payments

We accept all major credit cards. You can pay at the time of reserving service, or after you reserve service, by phone. Or you can pay using any major credit , debit, and prepaid gift card such as Visa, Master Card, and American express. Present your credit or bank card to the Transport Officer or Driver on the day of your trip, to pay for your trip.

Third party Payers - Veteran Affairs, Medicare, Medicaid, and private Insurance

Book your trip online, phone, or by text using the telephone number on this website and online reservation form providing all the required information, to avoid delays on the day of your trip, or complete the form on the day of your trip providing all required information and consent.

The transport officer/driver would provide you with the booking form and assist you in completing your booking, if you have not already done so by the time of your trip.

All passengers are also required to sign and date the relevant form/s at the end of their trip/visit. No fare will be collected from passengers with valid insurance that is accepted by Compassion North America or our partners. This policy may be subject to other conditions stated on this website.
